The State Mutual Dental Plan, available exclusively through the Sanford Company, provides long term care residents access to the dental services that, until now, required a stressful trip to the Dentist's office. With the State Mutual Dental plan our dentists come to you!

Our preferred service provider, Dynamic Mobile Dentistry, is equipped with state of the art mobile dentistry equipment that allows them to perform dental services at the long term care facility, in a wheelchair, or even bedside. The Dynamic team of dentists provide the same care and level of service that you would expect to receive in a dentist's office without the hassle and stress of leaving the long term care facility. The Dynamic team is focused on your comfort and your needs.

The State Mutual Dental Plan is available to residents receiving Medicaid benefits at no cost to them or their loved ones. Private pay residents can participate for a low monthly fee.
